2. How many hours of supervised coaching have you done? 100+ for credentialled coaches.

3. Do you have your own coach or supervisor? Good coaches keep working on themselves.

4. What is your coaching approach or model? If they cannot explain it clearly, that is a red flag.

5. What happens if I am not making progress? Honest coaches will refer you elsewhere if needed.

6. Can I speak to past clients? Look for testimonials with full names and roles.

7. What is your cancellation policy? 24-48 hours is normal. Anything stricter is a warning sign.
