Founded by Sarah Nunziata, a professionally trained ADHD coach who studied at the ADD Coach Academy in New York, the business combines clinical expertise with lived experience of ADHD.
Unlike general coaching, The Redesign Coaching operates through an "ADHD lens," meaning clients need not explain or justify their thinking to coaches who genuinely understand the condition. The practice focuses on executive function challenges—organisation, planning, problem-solving, emotional regulation and time management—whilst leveraging each client's unique strengths and creative abilities.
Sarah brings over 20 years of senior PR and communications experience before retraining as a coach, allowing her to offer specialist ADHD career coaching alongside general life coaching. She recognises that ADHD families often feel overwhelmed and exhausted, and her family coaching provides practical strategies and emotional support.
The team has expanded to include multiple ADDCA-trained coaches with firsthand ADHD experience, ensuring consistent, compassionate support across all client groups. Rather than fighting against ADHD neurology, the coaching helps clients achieve greater clarity on goals, build positive strategies and structures, and feel more in control of everyday life.
