The organisation serves a diverse range of people, with particular expertise in supporting those facing additional barriers—including the long-term unemployed, individuals with health conditions or disabilities, and those who've experienced discrimination or career disruption. Over five years, Jigsaw has established itself as a specialist in supporting people with visual impairments across Liverpool City Region, working closely with local partners.

Operating as a social enterprise, it combines grant-funding with trading income to reach those who couldn't otherwise afford coaching.
