Hannah Carey is a Therapeutic Coach and mentor specialising in whole-person development for adults navigating family complexity, neurodivergence and identity. Based in Billingshurst, she works with clients who feel they've never quite 'fitted' – those seeking to understand themselves beyond inherited family patterns and societal expectations.

Hannah's approach fuses formal qualifications (ICF Certified Professional Coaching Diploma, Therapeutic Coaching with trauma education, Human Design training) with lived experience of family dynamics and neurodivergence. She reframes what clients perceive as broken or 'wrong' about themselves, helping them recognise these traits as valid expressions of their authentic nature.
