# Her Journey - Coaching Psychology for Women
Her Journey offers transformational coaching for women navigating significant life transitions. Founded by Stephanie Myerscough, an ICF-accredited coach and positive psychology practitioner, the business specialises in helping women who feel burnt out, disconnected or uncertain about their direction.
The coaching addresses what lies beneath the surface of women's lives: energy levels, identity, values, sense of meaning and vision for the future. Stephanie works with clients to break burnout cycles, reconnect with their authentic selves and lead lives that feel grounded, sustainable and genuinely theirs.
What distinguishes Her Journey is its rigorous foundation in applied positive psychology science. Stephanie holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and draws on frameworks from Martin Seligman's positive psychology research, Viktor Frankl's meaning-centred philosophy and Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory. This scientific approach is balanced with trauma-informed practice and grounded in authentic values and faith-based principles.
Rather than generic self-improvement coaching, Her Journey specifically serves women at turning points—those seeking to live with greater alignment, meaning and joy without sacrificing wellbeing. The coaching explores how to show up sustainably for both oneself and others, creating lives characterised by creative expression, purpose and hope.
Based in Southend-on-Sea, Stephanie combines evidence-based psychological frameworks with genuine belief in each woman's capacity to flourish.
