They identify and address a critical gap in the sporting world: whilst society is evolving, top-level sports structures lag behind in promoting women into decision-making positions. The organisation tackles this by developing targeted leadership programmes that equip women with the skills and confidence to move into coaching, administrative, and board-level roles.
Their flagship offerings include the Female Football Leaders Programme, which has produced over 100 graduates since its inception, and the Elite Female Leadership Programme, a seven-month intensive course developed in partnership with the Irish FA and Electric Ireland. This elite programme draws on contemporary neuroscience, positive psychology, and peak performance research to prepare women for progression into senior leadership positions.
