Tea & Empathy is a personal development and life coaching practice based in York, founded by Coach Rachel Anderson. The business supports sensitive, thoughtful individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level fixes and embark on meaningful, transformational growth.

Rachel works with clients who are experiencing burnout, struggling with self-acceptance, or seeking to develop greater presence and impact in their lives and leadership.
